The Minturn Town Council will open the Regular Meeting at 4:30pm for the purpose of convening into Executive Session. At (approximately) 5:30pm the Council will convene into Regular Session for the remainder of the meeting.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
- 1.1 An Executive Session pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(3)(b) for the purposes of receiving legal advice and C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(e) for the purpose of determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, developing strategy for negotiations, and/or instructing negotiators – Battle Mountain – Plaskov / Sawyer
