This 8,500 square foot Minturn Fitness Center is located at Maloit Park in Minturn. In addition to state-of-the-art cardio equipment, the facility includes standard and specialized strength training equipment such as pneumatic resistance machines, free weights, pulley machines and Olympic lifting areas. The gym is surrounded by a public trail/snowshoe system and FIS certified Nordic track open to the public.
THE MFC HAS THE LOWEST PRICED GYM RATES IN THE VALLEY, AND IS NOW OFFERING EXPANDED GYM TIMES FOR MEMBERS. WE'VE RECENTLY INTRODUCED A KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM, ALLOWING FOR GREATER FLEXIBILITY. Spin Circuit (Tues & Thurs 6:30 - 7:30 am)
If you’re looking for a great spin workout, but also want to get a few weights in before work, this is the perfect class for you! Our instructor will outfit you with a polar heart rate monitor to track your heart rate and guide you through the entire workout both on and off the bike.
Performance Circuit (Mon & Fri 9:00 - 10:00am)
This is an all levels circuit class that will focus on the whole body. Students will alternate through 9 different exercises working the core, upper and lower body.
Yoga for Everyone (Saturdays 8:30am)
Join us for a vinyasa flow practice that will deepen your connection with your breath while building strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility at a moderate pace.
