- Ordinance 12 – Series 2021 (Second Reading) An Ordinance Amending Chapter 16 to provide for the rezoning of the Grouse Creek Commercial Zone District, the Old Town Character Area, and the South Town Commercial Zone District to address the Town’s desires for additional ground floor retail uses and provide greater opportunities for institutional uses.
