The Minturn Town Council will open the Regular Meeting at 4:30pm for the purpose of convening into Executive Session. At (approximately) 5:30pm the Council will convene into Regular Session.

 EXECUTIVE SESSION

An Executive Session for the purposes of receiving legal advice on specific legal questions pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(b) and for the purpose of determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, developing strategy for negotiations, and/or instructing negotiators pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(e) –

  • Belden Court Case CV300054 - Poppe/Sawyer

  • Resolution 41 – Series 2022 A Resolution approving an amendment to the Town Manager Contract
  • Resolution 42 – Series 2022 A Resolution approving Eagle County Sheriff’s IGA Amendment #3
