The Minturn Town Council will open the Regular Meeting at 4:30pm for the purpose of convening into Executive Session. At (approximately) 5:30pm the Council will convene into Regular Session for the remainder of the meeting.

Executive Session: An Executive Session pursuant to Section 24-6-402(4)(f) for the purpose of discussing the Town Manager’s annual review and contract and for the purpose of Conferencing with the Town Attorney pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(3)(b) for the purposes of receiving legal advice – Belden Place – Metteer/Sawyer
