The Minturn Town Council will open the Regular Meeting at 4:30pm for the purpose of convening into Executive Session. At (approximately) 5:30pm the Council will convene into a Work Session.

EXECUTIVE SESSIONAn Executive Session for the purposes of receiving legal advice on specific legal questions pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(b) and for the purpose of determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, developing strategy for negotiations, and/or instructing negotiators pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(e)• Holland & Hart Revised Waiver Request – Ryan The Minturn Town Council will open the Regular Meeting at 4:30pm for the purpose of convening into Executive Session. At (approximately) 5:30pm the Council will convene into a Work Session. At (approximately) 6:30pm the Council will begin the Regular Session. WORK SESSION The Council will suspend the Regular meeting to discuss the following Item(s)

APPROVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA Consent agenda items are routine Town business, items that have received clear direction previously from the council, final land-use file documents after the public hearing has been closed, or which do not require council deliberation.
