Groundbreaking on Minturn Section of Eagle Valley Trail

August 23, 2023 — The public is invited to join Eagle County Commissioners and members of the Minturn Town Council for a groundbreaking ceremony for one of the final segments of the Eagle Valley Trail (EVT) on Aug. 29, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. just off U.S. Highway 24 on County Road 14 heading toward Minturn from Dowd Junction. Come celebrate the beginning of construction on the one-mile Minturn trail section, scheduled for completion by the end of 2023. The Minturn spur will provide a vital connection for residents to the EVT.
