Special Minturn Matters Session (to discuss the Battle Mountain Settlement Agreement)

The Minturn Town Council is holding a Special Session on August 14 at 5:30PM to review the details of the Settlement Agreement with Minturn residents and other interested parties. No decisions regarding the Settlement Agreement will be made on August 14, rather the Special Session is for informational purposes.

The public is encouraged to reach out to any Council Members in advance of the Special Session. Mayor Earle Bidez and Council Member Lynn Feiger, who have led the Settlement Agreement negotiations, will be holding a special Minturn Matters gathering the evenings of August 8th (and tentatively August 15th) at 5:30 PM at the Agora in Downtown Minturn (152 Main St) for a more personalized review of the document and to answer questions from the public. Residents are encouraged to attend.
