Copper Triangle Bicycle Tour

Based at Copper Mountain Resort in the heart of the Rockies, the famous Copper Triangle is a cycling classic.  Over 2500 participants are expected for this event, which benefits the Davis Phinney Foundation.  

This road ride is graced with breathtaking scenery, gorgeous roads and three climbs over 10,000 feet. The 79-mile loop crests three Colorado mountain passes – Fremont Pass (Elev. 11,318’), Tennessee Pass (Elev. 10,424’) and Vail Pass (Elev. 10,662’) – for a total elevation gain of 6,500 feet.

Riders will be coming through Minturn via Main St. / Hwy 24 between the hours of 7am and 2pm.  Upper Little Beach Park in Minturn will be utilized as an aid station with food, water, and bathrooms.
