Town Cleanup Day

The Town of Minturn is pleased to partner with Steammaster again this year for our annual cleanup day.  This year's event will include an LED swap, e-waste, and shredding.  We also be providing a free gift (a home energy LED conservation kit) to all participants while supplies last.  

The Town is wanting to provide ample notice that ONLY ONE VEHICLE-LOAD PER HOUSEHOLD WILL BE ALLOWED THIS YEAR. For those of you who are used to bringing upwards of 10+ truckloads, please prepare in advance. The Town wishes to leave space for everyone to utilize this service. Thank you for your understanding.

Senior Pickups - Seniors that would like a cleanup day pickup at their residence must call ahead.  Please call Cindy Krieg to get on the list.  970-445-2415, or email events@minturn.org.  Please be sure to contact us no later than noon on Friday, June 4th.  This service is available for SENIORS ONLY, and only accepted items can be picked up.  We will need your name, address, phone number, AND a list of items that you need picked up.  Limits apply.

E-Waste and Shredding Details:

E-Waste services are being provided by Techno Rescue, a veteran-owned small business.  https://www.technorescue.com/
 
E-WASTE PRICING:
$5 per each LCD monitor
$25 per each CRT monitor and TV 21" and smaller
$50 per each CRT monitor and TV 22" and larger
$50 per each floor model printer
$100 per each DLP/Console/Projection TV

All additional e-waste is included

Shredding services are being provided by Alliance Record Services, out of Gypsum.  https://www.alliancerecordservices.com/
 
SHREDDING (Available from 9am - Noon):
$0.45 per pound.  Businesses or residents with large amounts of shredding are advised to visit Alliance Record Services in Eagle during their regular business hours (same prices apply).
