Online Payments

Town of Minturn is pleased to announce that we are now able to take payments online. By working with the Colorado Statewide Internet Portal Authority (SIPA) on their secured platform, you can click on the link below to make your payment with a credit card or e-check. Credit cards accepted are American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa. A portal administration fee for credit card payments or electronic check payments will be charged and retained by the Portal, not the Town of Minturn.

A convenience fee of $1 will be charged for payments made using an electronic check regardless of the transaction amount.

The convenience fee for credit cards are as follows: the amount of the (payment + $.75 x 2.25%). For example for a payment of $10.00: ($10 + $.75) x 2.25% = $10.99.  Your card would be charged $10.99 for the transaction. 

  • Make a Court Payment (Traffic and Parking Citations)

    Parking:  Please note if you are paying a PARKING citation and you submit payment within 20 days of the citation issue date, the fee is reduced by $20 (so the fee owed is $30 vs. $50). When entering the amount owed, you may enter this amount. This is ONLY for PARKING CITATION payments made within 20 days of the citation date, and the discount does NOT apply for violations of handicapped parking regulations. Any questions, please contact the Court Clerk (courtclerk [at] minturn.org (email), 970-445-2415).                  


    Make an Event Rental Payment - Application / Reservation form to be submitted separately via email, mail, or in person.  

    • Event Rental - Application Required. Please conact our Economic Development Department prior to submitting any payment, to confirm availability and cost.

  • Make a Planning and Development / Building Payment (Online payments for Planning and Development fees including the following). Application forms to be submitted separately via email, mail, or in person.
