Municipal Court Appearances

Defendants may appear in person for municipal court arraignments, or if necessary - may appear virtually via ZOOM.  To appear virtually, arrangements must be made in advance.  Please contact the Court Clerk at least 10 days prior to your court date to make these arrangements.  It is the responsibility of the defendant to request a virtual appearance if they cannot appear in person.  

If you are appearing in person, court is held at Minturn Town Hall, 302 Pine St. in Minturn.  Please be on time.  

NOTICE OF ARRAIGNMENT VIA ZOOM

The following is a list of court dates for the Minturn Municipal Court. Unless otherwise noted, court begins at 2:00pm at the Minturn Town Center, 302 Pine Street.  Court is typically held the third Monday of each month, except for holidays or other conflicts.
