Peloton now available at the MFC! (Reserve a Peloton Bike through the Mind Body app)

Spin Circuit (Tues & Thurs 6:30 - 7:30 am)
If you’re looking for a great spin workout, but also want to get a few weights in before work, this is the perfect class for you! Our instructor will outfit you with a polar heart rate monitor to track your heart rate and guide you through the entire workout both on and off the bike.

Mountain Sports Conditioning (Fridays 10:30 - 11:30 am)
Train like a pro!! This is a workout inspired by World Cup Skiers, Bikers, Runners, and Mountaineers. Intervals will be for one minute on, with a 30 second active recovery.

Performance Circuit (Mon/Wed/Fri 9:00 - 10:00 am)
This is an all levels circuit class that will focus on the whole body.  Students will alternate through 9 different exercises working the core, upper and lower body.

Mountain Warrior Boot Camp (Tues & Thurs 9:00-10:00am)
A comprehensive training plan designed to prepare special ops units to deploy for combat operations.  If you want a holistic training plan that will push your limits and and increase your performance and prevent injuries, this is the place for you!!

Yoga for Everyone (Saturdays 8:30am) - Begins November 13th
Join us for a vinyasa flow practice that will deepen your connection with your breath while building strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility at a moderate pace.

Stretch to Move (Mondays 12pm - 12:45) - Begins November 15th
This is an all levels class that focuses on Stretching and Balance
Free Weight Fundamentals (Fridays 12-1pm) - Begins November 19th
New to free weights or want to work on the fundamentals!! This class is for you!!
