23rd Annual Highway Cleanup

The annual Highway Cleanup will be held on Saturday, May 6, 2023. As always, we are looking for volunteers to help clean up the stretch of Hwy 24 running through Minturn.  Our assigned stretch is mile marker 145 – 146. We will meet at Grouse Trailhead at 9am and move south, to Cemetery Road, cleaning as we go.  We have the option to go further if it goes quickly. 

Join The Belden Witch for a morning meditation prior to the cleanup.  Jocelyn Laferriere will host a 30 minute meditation starting at 8am, at her new location in the Meadow Mountain Business Park (23698 Hwy 24, Unit B4).  Start your day off with a soothing meditation, grab a coffee at Vail Mountain Coffee & Tea, and then we’ll be on our way.  Vail Mountain Coffee & Tea is offering a complimentary coffee to all Minturn volunteers.  

The cleanup is scheduled from 9am – noon.  More information can be found HERE.
