Historic Preservation Kick-Off Meeting
The Town of Minturn is beginning the process to adopt an historic preservation policy. This policy will lead to the implementation of an historic preservation program. On Jan 6, 2022, Minturn’s volunteer committee will be reviewing guidelines and submitting comments/feedback to create policy truly reflective of Minturn's community values.
The Town is hopeful for a thorough committee review and edit of the draft Ordinance prior to this legislation going before the Planning Commission and Town Council. The public at large will have a minimum of three public comment periods through the planning commission and town council meetings for providing feedback. These meetings will all be publicly noticed.
The Minturn Historic Preservation Committee will be holding their kickoff meeting on Thursday, January 6, 2022 via Zoom. The public may view/listen to the meeting via the following methods:
