Land Use Review

“It is the mission of the Planning and Zoning Department to ensure that the land use by new development meets the standards of the Zoning Code and is consistent with The Community Plan.”

The Planning and Zoning Department of the Town of Minturn handles land use planning and zoning, building permits, sign permits, building inspections, and code enforcement. Our offices are located on the second floor of the Town Hall Building, 302 Pine Street.
