MINTURN'S ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT VISION, MISSION AND GOALS:
As mentioned above, the vision for Minturn is to "celebrate our small town character, promote our unique history and continue to enhance our quality of life." The town's Economic Development Department strives to serve this vision by working with volunteer community members and community business leaders to conceptualize, plan and provide community special events (promoting the Town of Minturn and the character and history we value), develop business development strategies, develop and create data and statistics for our businesses and markets, and work to promote businesses and business in the Town of Minturn.
The links above will direct you to some goals that are derived from the results of our recent community survey, economic development roundtables and community planning sessions. These results will be used in throughout our upcoming Master Planning process.
To help promote economic development on this site, we list our current businesses - with available links if applicable, we post available retail/commercial space for lease or sale and we will soon be launching a “profile” of Minturn with statistics and information helpful when considering locating a business or moving to Minturn.
