Wildlife
The developer has worked closely with the US Fish and Wildlife Service and the Colorado Division of Wildlife in order to address the impacts of this proposed development upon wildlife. A Wildlife and Mitigation Enhancement Plan has been developed and generally agreed to by all parties. This plan is designed to protect elk, lynx, Peregrine falcon and other wildlife within the project area. A permanent funding mechanism has been established in order to provide means to implement the Plan.
