Both the Town and the applicant provided fiscal impact reports for the Battle Mountain project. While the reports vary in amounts, both reports indicate a noticeable improvement in the bottom line of the Town budget, specifically increased income from property tax and real estate transfer tax as the new development begins construction. Both reports indicate an ability for the new revenue to provide increased levels of service for all Minturn residents.
