Employee Housing
The Town of Minturn has no requirement for employee housing. After hearing public comment and comments from the Town Council, the applicant has proposed a plan that commits to provide employee housing for 50% of its actual, operational workforce employed within the project. The developer has also committed to provide 50% of this housing within the municipal boundaries of the project and the Towns of Minturn and Red Cliff. Additionally the applicant has committed to provide employee housing for 50% of the number of full-time employees employed directly by the Town of Minturn and the Town of Red Cliff. The applicant will provide an accounting of its actual workforce every year until build-out of the project to ensure compliance with the above provisions.
