Battle Mountain Design Philosophy
The look and visual impact of what new development would look like on Battle Mountain was a top issue for the Town Council. On December 5, 2007, the applicant presented a PowerPoint presentation on these issues including examples of visual impacts to the Bolts Lake area from various vantage points and examples of architecture considered for the project. Over the course of the project, several artists renderings of the Battle Mountain design philosophy have been made part of the public record.
