2009 Minturn Community Plan

Minturn has begun the process of updating its Community Plan. This document outlines the Town’s vision for the next 20 to 30 years - outlining goals, objectives and action plans for obtaining that vision. When completed, it will serve as the over-arching advisory document helping to inform Town decisions on a number of topics including:

Community Character, Sustainability and Green Building Practices, Land Use, Transportation. Housing, Public Services and Facilities, Economic Development, Natural Resources and Parks and Recreation.

2009 Community Plan – Summer Work Sessions

The Town has hosted a series of work sessions throughout the summer designed to direct the development of the Town’s new land plan.  The input and ideas expressed during these meetings have been integrated into revised land use concepts and actions/strategies for each of the community plan topic areas. These revised concepts were presented at a 5th community open house Thursday, August 20th.
