Jim has been the Minturn Town Manager since July 31, 2009. He is currently the president of the Colorado Municipal League and serves as vice president/secretary of the Colorado City & County Manager’s Association. He is committed to serving the community. Jim enjoys hiking, skiing, biking and other outdoor activities in the mountains.
